You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all data entered into your invoices (including rates, descriptions, customer details, tax rates, GSTIN numbers, and bank credentials). InvoiceBillMaker is a software utility and does not provide formal legal, tax, or financial advisory services. Always verify invoice calculations against local jurisdictional requirements before issuing them to clients.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading financial instruments.
- Impersonate any individual, organization, or enterprise without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or disrupt the application's infrastructure or security policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The InvoiceBillMaker software interface, layout templates, design tokens, and branding are the property of InvoiceBillMaker. All user-uploaded logos, trademarks, business names, and content embedded inside your invoices remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high uptime and accurate calculations, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all device configurations.
7. Limitation of Liability
